Returns Requested Within 180 Days of Delivery
For products fulfilled by Do For Future LTD www.doforfuture.com, you have 180 days from the date you inform us of your decision to return an item.
What We Refund:
Condition of Returned Items:
You are responsible for any loss in value of the goods resulting from unnecessary handling. Therefore, we strongly recommend returning the product in the same condition you received it.

180-Day Return Policy for Products Sold and/or Shipped by Do For Future LTD
In addition to your legal right of withdrawal, Do For Future LTD www.doforfuture.com offers an extended 30-day return policy from the day after you receive your product (excluding Haul products).
Returns Between 180 Days:

Always ensure you return the correct and complete item, including all accessories, to receive your refund.
Return Guidelines for Specific Items
Incorrect Returns:
If you accidentally send the wrong item, contact Customer Support immediately. We cannot store incorrectly returned items, cannot guarantee their recovery, and do not provide compensation for them.
CDs, Vinyl, DVDs, Blu-rays, Video Games:
Must be returned within 180 days. If the original packaging was sealed, it must be returned closed and unopened. If it was unsealed, it can be returned in its original condition via our Online Returns Centre. The original box must be returned in its entirety.
Food and Beverages:
Due to their nature, certain items cannot be returned through the Online Returns Centre. Please contact customer service for assistance.
Software or CD-Roms:
Must be returned unsealed in their original packaging within 180 days.
Heavy and Bulky Items:
Items over 31.5 kg or with a side longer than 175 cm require a scheduled home collection. Please use our Online Returns Centre to arrange this.
Clothing, Shoes & Accessories:
Customised Products:
Items that are engraved, personalised, or embroidered cannot be returned unless they are faulty, damaged, or materially different from what was ordered.
Deleting Personal Data:
Before returning any device (e.g., phones, cameras), you must delete all personal data, passwords, and disconnect any linked accounts. You are responsible for any data breach if this is not done. Please remove any personal accessories not originally included.
Gift Cards:
You may cancel a Gift Card order within 180 days of receipt, provided the card has not been claimed on an Do For Future LTD: Account. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.
How to Return a Product
For Products Shipped by Do For Future LTD:
Please use our Online Returns Centre to initiate your return. For most returns, we will provide a prepaid shipping label.
For Products from a Third-Party Seller:
Please check the seller's return policy on the product detail page.
Refund Processing
We will process your refund within 180 days of receiving your cancellation request. Unless we offer to collect the item, we may delay the refund until we receive the product back or you provide proof of shipment.
Do For Future LTD Haul Returns
The standard 180 days return policy does not apply to Haul products. However, your legal right of withdrawal within 180 days of delivery still applies. Returns during this period are free, and we will refund the product price and original shipping fees.

Legal Guarantees and Technical Support
Your right of withdrawal and our 30-day policy do not affect your statutory rights under the legal guarantee of conformity or against hidden defects (e.g., if a product is faulty, damaged, or not as described).
If you have a problem, your product may be eligible for repair, replacement, or refund under these guarantees. We offer technical support and manufacturer-certified repairs. If a repair is not possible, we will arrange for a replacement or refund.
